Coordinated marketing and advertising efforts to maximize ticket sales. Together with the Associate Producer, we identify potential sponsors for the event and secured the support of over 14 top sponsors and a budget of over $130,000.00. 

Managed paid advertising on social media and google ads applying search engine optimization measures to ensure effective feedback. 

Together with our team we achieved the registration of more than 950 participants and exceeded the sales goals by 102% achieving the admission of more than 5,600 spectators.
